States, Washington DC and Canada (excluding Quebec); and (c) at least eighteen
(18) years of age or age of majority at the date of registration. Void in the states of
Employees, officers, directors,
agents, representatives and their immediate family members (and those living in
the same household) of Fantasy Sports Insurance or sponsors of the Contests are
not eligible to win any awards.
Fantasy Sports Insurance collects an

Some customer contact information, collected during the registration process,
